Justin Bieber and Chris Brown just released their much-anticipated single “Next 2 You” which is off Brown’s upcoming album FAME, out March 22. This is a totally new sound for Biebs, and it seems like Chris took the reigns with this one. The chorus is super inspirational, with the lyrics, “One day when the sky is falling, I’ll be standing right next to you. Right next to you. Nothing will ever come between us. I’ll be standing right next 2 you.” Some are even speculating that the song may be about Rihanna, since in one line the boys sing, “You are the only thing that I got right.” If you listen to the end of the song, there’s even a faint background vocal that sounds a lot like “Oh Na Na,” which is one of the lyrics in RiRi’s hit song “What’s My Name.” Either way, this song is sure to be an instant hit. Posted In memory of Alex Chilton; William Alexander “Alex” Chilton (December 28, 1950 March 17, 2010) was an American songwriter, guitarist, singer and producer best known for his work with the pop-music bands the Box Tops and Big Star. Chilton’s early commercial sales success in the 1960s as a teen vocalist for the Box Tops was not repeated in later years with Big Star and in his indie music solo career on small labels, but he did draw a loyal following in the indie and alternative music fields.
